FAQ's

What will the first pickup be like?

On your first pickup, you won't have a laundry bag to fill. Use a 13-gallon trash bag to put your clothes in and we'll give you a laundry bag when we drop off your clothes for you to use for your next pickup. You'll probably have a few trash bags full (all your bags should add up to no more than 25 lbs). All you need to do is leave your laundry on your doorstep during the pickup time and we'll do the rest.

Do I have to set up an account to make an order?

No. One-time customers will not need to set up an account. However, weekly subscribers will want to set up an account for easy access to renewal dates, automatic payment methods, and more details about their subscription.

When are pickup and delivery times?

Pickups are every Monday and Thursday. Deliveries are every Tuesday and Friday. You can decide which day you'd like your pickups to be, and deliveries will be made the next day. To ensure that we have your order and will pick it up on the next pickup day, please have new orders in by 12 pm on Sundays or Wednesdays. Customers paying for a recurring weekly pickup, DO NOT need to place a new order every week, they will automatically be charged. Both pickup and delivery times will be done in the morning. We'll text you when we've made the delivery, so you know when it's arrived.

How much will you wash?

We offer one 25 lb bag of laundry per week (or a one-time washing of 25 lbs). This is about 3.5 - 4 loads of laundry. As we grow, we plan to offer more frequent pickups and deliveries.

What will you wash?

We wash almost anything as long as it can fit in your provided laundry bag. Currently, we don't accept anything that requires special laundering (ie comforters or delicates). We don't spot treat stains as of now, so please keep that in mind. We also don't accept soiled clothing with bodily fluids, as we don't have the precautionary materials to deal with biohazards.

How are the clothes washed?

The clothes are separated, washed in cold, and dried on medium heat. We kindly ask that you refrain from including clothing with dyes that bleed easily as it may unintentionally affect your clothing.
